What are Ballots used for
Since this is a Game Review and Game Ranking website we wanted to do something nice for all of our members

Each month (starting March 2012) we will give away 1 Steam Game to one of our active contributing members. This game will be gifted to the lucky person through Steam and it can be any game on Steam of their choice that is under $60.00 Canadian.

We are not afiliated to Steam or any of the game companies. We are taking this money our of our own personal day job pay checks (and they are small pay checks :P ) to say thanks to you. The game will be the lucky persons choice because it is not a game given to us as advertising, it is bought directly by us.


How members are granted ballots
Ballots are grated each month to members that have approved reviews. These ballots are submitted by the system when the member updates their Ranked Game List.

Ballot are granted for:

1 Ballot for every approved review. (featured ballots not included)
5 Ballots for each featured review. (approved ballots not included)


For example if Member X has 14 'Approved' reviews and 3 'Featured' reviews in the current month, this member has the potential for acheice 14 ballots for the approved reviews and 15 ballots for the featured reviews for a total of 29 ballots.

Note that they are potential ballots as the ballots are only submited for the month when a member updates their Ranked Game List. Once the member submits an updated Ranked Game List the system will recalaculate the ballot counts for that month.


Conditions
We don't want any Conditions.

But we don't want legal drama, or to listen to anyone's complaints even more. If for some reason you have some wierd local laws that would not allow you to receive a free game, then that is the only condition that will prevent you receiving the game you may have won. (this is on you and where you live)

If the winner does not respond to us via the registered email address and collect the game before the end of the subsquent month then they will forfit the prize. The next month we will re draw any previous unclaimed Games in addition to the normal prize.
